Experienced Businesspeople Begin New Advertising Specialties Business

08 June 2007 -- Owner, Donna Hinkle, and her husband, Rick, have started a business distributing advertising specialty products, corporate gifts, awards, and the thousands of other custom imprinted products.  They have added a distributor-access-only link to browse the many products via the Internet by their clients. 

Donna CEO, began her business career after graduating from business college, at the B.F. Goodrich Company's world headquarters. Afterward, she worked 10 years for an advertising distributorship while raising 3 wonderful children. Donna was involved with OPPA, Ohio Promotional Products Association, regional affiliate of PPAI, Promotional Products Association International. Her experiences with these organizations provide a valuable network of industry specific professional contacts.

Rick, CFO & Operations Manager, began his career, in 1972, by representing a family owned manufacturing business at the (ASI) Advertising Specialty Institute's trade exposition, in Chicago. Rick became the general and operations manager, overseeing 2 divisions at various times, one of which was a supplier of advertising specialty products. Later, he became VP & Controller of the corporation. Rick contributed a product to the business that eventually comprised 70% of the advertising division's sales. Rick's experiences provide him with first-hand understanding of the imprinting and manufacturing processes in the advertising specialty industry, as well as, the value of getting the job done right the first time, on time.
